How to Use the CRM Features on myBillBook?

CRM Lite is a feature offered by myBillBook that helps businesses manage and analyse customer interactions. CRM is important because it allows businesses to offer better customer service, establish a bond of trust with their customers, and build sustainable relationships to retain customers.

To use the CRM Lite features on myBillBook, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your myBillBook account and go to the dashboard.
  2. Click on the “CRM” tab in the top menu to access the various CRM features.
  3. To set up service reminders, go to the “Items” tab in the navigation bar and click “Item Settings” in the top right corner of the screen. Toggle on the “Reminder for Service” option and specify the service period fee in the “Service Period Fee” field when creating a service. An invoice will be generated for the service, and a reminder will be sent to the party when the service is due.
  4. To set up birthday reminders, go to the “Parties” tab in the navigation bar and click “Party Settings” in the top right corner of the screen. When creating a party, tap on the “Party Birthday Reminders” option and enter the contact person’s name and date of birth. An automated SMS will be sent to the party as a birthday wish.
  5. To add a node in CRM Lite, click on the “CRM” tab and select “Nodes.”
  6. In the “Nodes” section, you can enter the node’s title and click “Save.” Please note that you can only add one node at any given time.
  7. To schedule an appointment for a party, go to the party’s page and click on the “Other Details” header.
  8. Under “Other Details,” click on “Appointment.
  9. In the “Appointment” section, you can enter the details for the appointment, including the title, date, time, and description.

Click “Save” to create the appointment. A reminder will be sent to the user on the morning of the appointment.
